1875 Winery was created with one goal in mind...to provide guests with a one of a kind experience. 1875 gets it's name from the year the barn it calls home was built.  The original structure still stands but had a makeover consisting of a little blood, a lot of sweat and tears, and plenty of cuss words.  In addition to the 3 floors of dining area inside the barn, 1875 has two outside patios, an impressive 4 sided fireplace that stands 24ft tall, a tranquil water wall, the original silo that now provides an out of this world dining experience for up to 6 guests, a unique pizza "hut", and 2 pavilions that sit on a fully stocked lake.  1875 Winery has multiple varieties of wine.  Each label specially designed by Amanda to highlight her husband Vince's love for cars.  Each car showcased on the labels can be found on the property.  During the building process, owners Vince and Amanda relied heavily on their "switzerland" method so each individual's ideas could be brought together to create something uniquely beautiful.  The only blueprints for the entire property were under lock and key in Vince's imagination whose favorite phrase thru out the process was "read my mind and anticipate my needs."  There were few tradesmen up to the challenge.  Thankfully, carpenter Joe, Todd the mason, and Adam the magician were amongst the few.  With the help of a small village and a production that deserved its own television show, 1875 was brought to life.  Amanda and Vince are passionate about ensuring you have an experience you want to relive time and time again.  They and everyone at 1875 look forward to welcoming you to the Winery and Restaurant.

We are an ADULT ONLY facility. Please do not bring anyone under 16 as we will regretfully have to deny you service.

We serve lunch and dinner daily; we have an outdoor patio weather permitting. Full bar, wine slushies, and drink specials.
